Rules & Regulations:

We shall not be responsible for any items not collected within a period of two months.

Please remove ornaments that are not permanent.

We shall not responsible for valuables left in the pockets.

Check your laundry at the counter, all claims must be made within 24 hours following delivery accompanied by the original laundry receipt.

Every care is taken during the cleaning process however, we shall not be responsible for the shrinkage, fastness of color, loss or damage of the buttons, or other damages resulting from the laundry process due to insufficient care label information.

It’s not possible to check each article at the time of receiving. All articles are thoroughly checked and processed at the factory. All defects stubborn stains, damages, missing buttons, etc. We will inform in return to the customers before processing for verbal or written approval. Management reserves the right to refuse the article in case of stubborn stains and irreparable damage.

Our liability for loss or damage will not exceed 10 times the price of laundering the item in question at a maximum total amount not exceeding AED 1000.

- 50% Extra Charges on all Silk Items
- 100% Extra Charges for Urgent Service within 2 Hours
- 50% Extra Charges for Urgent Service within 4 Hours/ Same Day
- Curtain/ Rug/ Carpet/ Backpack/ Ladies Bag/ Handbag/ Soft Toys to be Priced at Counter
